Our client, a leading, global provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) services to automotive manufacturers is looking for a Warranty Clerk.

Locations:

Kwazulu Natal, Pinetown

Specifications:

Automotive Technical focus with a high degree of administrative discipline

Automotive store workshop experience in a motor dealership

Exceptional communication skills

A strong work ethic

Ability to be a part dynamic team, working with Senior Management, office staff and workshop technicians

Understanding of basic business financials

Interest in the automotive industry

Exceptional time management skills

Competencies:

Previous dealership experience including warranty procedures is an advantage

Accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail

Basic understanding of automotive components

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the automotive industry

MS Office (Excel, Outlook)

DMS experience (Automate, Evolve, ADP/Kerridge) will be an advantage
