BEAL Africa forms part of the BEAL GROUP of companies that were established in the UK in 2003. Part of the BEAL vision was to establish a South African based company that operates as a standalone company complying with the South African Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) requirements.
BEAL Africa is an extension of the Beal Group that provides project management and consulting engineering services. These services include Project and Construction Management, as well as Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Environmental Engineering.

BEAL Africa is a BBBEE Level 1 Black Woman-Owned company with 51% black ownership. With the strong leadership of professional Project Managers and Engineers, supported by engineering graduates, technicians and administrative staff, we all enjoy work which we undertake and endeavor to execute our projects with enthusiasm and excellence.

BEAL Africa works closely with a number of specialist sub-consultants throughout Africa in order to provide a more comprehensive skill set. We regularly appoint architects, green building consultants, IT or other specialist consultants for various proposals and projects where required.

BEAL Africa strongly believes in giving back to the community and empowering other young dynamic individual citizens of South Africa and the world at large where possible. As a Qualified Small Enterprise, we have successfully been involved in various Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects through our clients and aim to continue in adhering to our clients' aspiration in line with this endeavor and in addition to that we are in full support of Accelerated and Shared Growth Initiative for South Africa (AsgiSA)

Yvonne is a self-proclaimed highly operative and interactive team player with the element of social integration, she is a structured woman that pays attention to details from the conceptual phase, project control and hand over phase.
She is a qualified Construction Manager (With a degree in Construction Management, a Project Manager registered with PMSA and a Civil Technologist with more than 15 years of practical and technical experience.
She has general specialized consulting skills in the commercial, Residential, Industrial and Mining sectors.
Her experience has covered all elements of projects including Project Management, Legal Compliance auditing, development of environmental training materials, involvement in community development projects and procedural documentation.
