Redrow Homes Project: BEAL

The BEAL Group were appointed by Redrow Homes in 2014 to design and develop a 3-phase residential development comprising of houses and apartments. Phase 1 & 2 mainly comprised of two and three-storey houses and apartments.

Phase 3 comprised of ten blocks of three to five-storey apartments, with the majority being reinforced concrete frames.

BEAL was appointed to design the civil engineering infrastructure (roads, levels, and drainage), and the structures (foundations and superstructures) for all three phases of the project.

BEAL’s international collaboration on this project was able to deliver all three phases of the site successfully for our client. The final units were completed successfully in 2019-20 and are all now occupied.
